Terms of service

1. General

This document is a public offer by individual entrepreneur Oksana Ihorivna Tsybulska (tax ID 3383304823) (the Provider) to enter into an agreement for information and consulting services.

Placing and paying for an order on this site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

2. Scope

• access to online course materials;

• participation in a mentored cohort;

• an individual consultation, diagnostics or hypnotherapy session.

The services are informational and consultative. They are not medical or psychiatric care.

3. Price and payment

Prices are stated on each service page in Ukrainian hryvnia. Payment is made by Visa / Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay on the secure plata by mono (monobank) page. The Provider never receives or stores card details.

Mentored cohorts may be paid for in stages: access to each module opens as soon as the payment is received.

4. Access

Access to a self-paced course opens automatically after payment. Materials of a mentored cohort open gradually, following the cohort schedule.

Access is personal. Sharing your login, copying or redistributing the materials is not permitted.

5. Liability

Results depend on the client's own participation, so the Provider does not guarantee any specific outcome.
