Refund policy

Individual services

You can cancel diagnostics or a session with a full refund no later than 24 hours before the agreed time. Later than that, or in case of a no-show, the fee is not refunded because the time has already been reserved.

Self-paced courses

Since access opens immediately after payment, a refund is possible within 14 days provided no more than one lesson has been viewed.

Mentored cohorts

Before the cohort starts — a full refund. After it starts, we refund the value of modules that have not opened yet.

How to request

Write to support@drregress.com with your order number (in the form DRR-XXXXXX-XXXXXX). We review within 5 business days; the money returns to the same card within 1–10 banking days.
