How do I prepare for a session?
- Check your camera, microphone and headphones
- Find a comfortable spot for 2–3 hours
- Make sure it is quiet
- Candles or incense if you like
- Prepare your questions and goals
- Do not eat anything heavy beforehand
- Do not drink a lot of liquid before we start
Who should not undergo hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is not carried out with acute psychiatric diagnoses, epilepsy, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If you take psychotropic medication, please tell me before the session.
What if I do not see anything?
Everyone's experience is different: some see images, some feel it in the body, some simply know. All of these work equally well — during the session we will find yours.
How does payment work?
Pay by Visa or Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay on the secure plata by mono (monobank) page. Course access opens automatically right after a successful payment, and a service booking reaches me at the same moment.
Can I pay for a course in parts?
Yes, for mentored cohorts. You pay for modules one at a time — each opens as soon as it is paid. Once all modules are paid, the course becomes fully yours.
